Get to Know Me.

I'm so glad you've clicked on the "Get To Know Me" tab, because that means you want to know more about me, and that makes me so excited!
I started this blog back in the summer of 2010 and have been posting off and on since then. I'm now 20 years old. I have been through so much in the past year. I have left my teen years, started my first "big girl" job, gone through a really tough breakup (no worries, we are still good friends!), made some amazing new friends, and a whole lot more which I'm sure you will come to find out (in more detail) in future posts.
A little bit more on my personality;
I'm obsessed with Jesus. He has made me new, and is always making me new. I don't deserve his love, but he is so gracious and eternal and my savior. I have a dog named Kipper. She drives me insane and keeps me sane all at once. I

probably love her too much. I grew up in a very small, country town. I loved it. It taught me that having a community of people who know and love you (especially a church family) can be very beneficial to your life, whether you realize it or not. And even though I grew up around hicks, I'm not even close to being a "country girl". I love my t-shirts and converses more than anything. Although, sun dresses take up about a third of my closet, as well. I love books. Romance and Mysteries/Thrillers specifically. I like being on the edge on my seat. Journaling is my ultimate outlet. My journal is where God speaks to me and where I go to write about anything that is on my heart. I absolutely hate arcades. I always have. They just freak me out. I enjoy photography and doing photo shoots. I don't think I want to turn it into a career, but it's definitely something fun to do, and I love being creative. I'm hoping that this blog will remind me of the things that I'm passionate about and to find beauty in every situation.
